Hotel is located on Market street-so rich bit noisy nights, but therefor numerous restaurants in immediate Nearby; Detlef and partly stained upholstery bit; Windows did not close-appropriate complaint was' forgotten ' the meantime; another room was then provided; one day No room service; breakfast was good and wide; sloppy accounting (despite cash was additionally burdened companies lending map, which has been followed by consuming complaints). Good choice for families because there were only three stops on the metro to the Stephan's square. The stay the hotel was very good, had a corner room which was very large. With all equipped what you need. Cleanliness was totally okay and there is a great breakfast buffet. Staff was helpful and efficient! All in all, we highly recommend! Read more

Very large rooms, large shower. Everything was clean. Very friendly welcome at the front desk. Breakfast fanatics will not to get your moneys worth. It is okay, but a good coffee drink you to go to one of the many cafes in Vienna.

It looks like a 1960's Communist hotel, their restaurant only has three choices of frozen food for dinner, without staff during the Sunday night when you are alone in the hotel and don't you dare ask for a cup of tea.
