The value for money is in this hotel very good. The location I think great, you are not off the beaten track as for example in the stratosphere. Our room was large and clean, also the bathroom was massive.
The only thing the disturbed me was, that there was no Wi-Fi the room, but only internet on a cable (not on the phone). For free Wi-Fi you to the foodcourt to go. Read more

friendly, very quick check
the room decor is a little older but everything seemed very comfortable and is very clean. Wonderful beds with thick mattresses and firm cushion, which is not everywhere to find.
the bathroom is very large and the daily change of towels is of course.
massive flat screen with remote control and free safe are also available.
the average age of the guests is about between 25 and 50, because of our stay in February it was 95% Americans but also Japanese were to see.

the buffet the Excalibur is OK, 2 hotels in Mandalay bay is however clear better! We were in tower 2, 18. Floor with a magnificent view of the strip. The front desk was very friendly and hard-working. We had in advance on the Internet booked, which smooth worked! We had a really large, apparently, renovated rooms with massive beds (very comfortable), a huge large LCD FLAT SCREEN TV and somewhat older furniture, but good fit!

Excalibur hotel & casino is located direct at the strip!
I recommend nevertheless a rental car since it was partly very long distances to the various casinos( for example Downtown) is.
the rooms are nice large, all with flat screen TV and free safety deposit box equipped. Unfortunately there are no choice kettle.

Cons - tower 1 is so far away from entrance that you have to walk a long ways to get to your room and while you are trying to get there you are approached by time share people constantly, there is no fridge, microwave or wifi in the room, it is a fair distance away from the main part of the strip (location is not good), tower 1 has no pool so you have to go across the casino to get to tower 2 to the pool.
