This former linen factory dating back to the 19th century, with its trademark factory chimney, was purchased by the Wagner Family in 1990, subsequently being remodeled and now offering 39 no-smoking rooms with a character that is beyond compare.
This family-run hotel is furnished with all the modern comforts (meeting 3-star-plus standards), presenting itself by means of a design concept that is quite out-of-the-ordinary. The play of light and color, combined with lovingly restored elements from the old factory, produces a work of architecture that is absolutely fascinating

Very nicely renovated hotel, ideal for a city trip, which was the first sight from the outside only did not suggest. The 'factory' is on a dual carriageway main street across the street from a gas station and burger king restaurants (which is not necessarily a disadvantage). From the traffic noise you get but in the beautifully arranged inner courtyard all of the rooms are nothing more. the hotel is very centrally located and a good base for sightseeing. At the hotel there was only a small downside, the shower was only half separated, which made the water outside of the shower. But I wouldn't recommend again at any time there again. Read more

I was now already the second time in the hotel factory and can only say good things about it. For a city break this hotel is ideal, as you by 2 minutes-walk the metro and tram and also within about 10 to 15 minutes at the Western train station and therefore right across the street Maria help (or you can go one stop away by U6). I also felt the hotel was designed for business men rather than women or tourists, and perhaps this explains the lack of interest by the staff, the rooms had no mirrors near the only table, no tissues, little room in the bathroom for toilettries, 'functional' all in one hair and body wash, small and thin towels etc.
