Probably comparatively new hotel nearby the herald square, and Macy's, a subway stop from Times Square, in lively area of the garment-district. So friendly and competent staff at reception as we have in the United States had never met, very unexpected. The rooms are, as usual in new York, small, no bath tub but walk-in shower, Wardrobe rather funny than usable, for a few days but that was completely sufficient. The hotel is very clean and very well located. Only the rooms are very small, but very clean and functional. You need more for a city break. The breakfast was well I would call it American simple: )
Very small but very functional. Coffee machine, electric kettle, flatscreen, alarm clock. View of the fire escape of the neighboring house. So, if you are used to large comfort should keep your demands here. The elevator you get claustrophobic.
Everything was great, nice people very courteous and took care of everything.
