Well-Kept Resort. Beautiful garden. Very clean.
We were in the low season end of October/ Beginning November there. During this time very quiet and sufficient chairs on the beach. Mostly European visitors. Average age was very mixed, that was something for people, the the peace and quiet search.
The boathouse suites are absolutely unique and beautiful. By any Descriptions in Veranstalterkatalogen and on the hotel web site is the special feature in no way the expression.

From this four star hotel with 388 rooms we were rather disappointed. It is closer to the Disney parks as the hotel which we a week beforehand, and only had a shuttle service with in our opinion 'bad' times of departure for a fee at (with advance notification). The front desk we found more than unfriendly and overstrained.

the hotel is quite getting old. Of cleanliness there can be no question, here you can only speak of, how dirty it was!
in a restaurant next to the motel is located in the price ' includedbreakfast' served, the former BBQ restaurant is however in an even worse state, as the motel and the motel room, we have a disgust-fit without breakfast fled.

the complex is great, great garden with many plants and palm trees, great for stay and strolls. The complex actually consists of 100 we, where we noticed, the neighboring area terraflor park probably wholly or partly with this, we could see the a, -exit with our card to open. The two Plants are not more through fences or walls separately, thus optically 1 area. The complex is located in the heart of Playa del Ingles, whereas it never receives.
