The hotel is located nestled in a shopping street and is offers nevertheless a quiet stay. The rooms are big and well equipped, service staff spoke very good German and is very friendly. The cleaning Forces are great and do the best job. The average age of the guests is estimated at 65 years, too many regular guests. We have been going for several years to this hotel. We must however unfortunately say, that the hotel getting old and so some updating needs. Unfortunately the quality the food was very neglected. There is enough to eat, but for a 4, five star hotel more should quality as quantity are preferred. The menu has for years not changed, a 14-day stay repeat itself the dishes often. Disappointing!
