For a pure pool holiday the hotel is OK einegermaßen from the beach You can't speak more of rocks. Very many English about 85%. Food is tasteless. mass processing I would say, long lining up with coffee and drinks. Mineral water not for everyone. Rooms are very clairaudient. Long waits for elevators. in this hotel you definitely need a car to get to the beach. The Rssen is pretty bad to unenjoyable. 99% English in the hotel also as behavior. Loud at night and the same every night evening entertainment(Bingo) if you don't like drinks from plastic cups are in the wrong place here. Read more

This hotel is simply not for German guests suitable. Everything on the British spezialsiert St. Food, entertainment, etc. unfortunately you are made to feel here as a German, as a human being second class.
The location is also not really great, because we not really a beach have found. In the town only a few entertainment. We were each day in the overcrowded bus direction adeje increased. Because unfortunately were at the pool a lot of broken, so that our child already on the first day of that has taken edge scratches. Read more

we went to this hotel for the third time in as many years and i am sad to say it has decended into a spanish old fogies home firstly we go back here year after year as we have friends in the village there is myself my wife two teenage boys three young sons and a six month old daughter in the past we have enjoyed everything about this hotel and area but this time from check in to check out it was a nigtmare to start we had asked for low floor due to the baby and knowing that the lifts are prone to breaking down they offered us floor 15 and 1hr 15 min later they gave us floor 7 we got up first morning for breakfast and score out of 5 i gave it a 2 the food used to be nice but unfortunately it now resembles the benedorm food very bland and basic the fiesta entertainment lads ie salvo and momo were as usual great kids loved the games and pool games even to the point of myself joining in on the night time games however during the week was quiet as usual but come friday saturday and sunday we were over run with spannish oap and familys we were told at reception that 260 had arrived to stay for three days and what a 3 days it was with pushing shuving complete disregard for kids or i would go as far as saying they were like animals and that was just for a seat in restaurant so you can imagine the bars and the entetainment room this continued in much the same vian all weekend with the natives expecting and recieving special treatment from the staff which infuriated all the british and to boot they only pay £28 for 3 days all inclusive when i approached the travel rep from thomson she would only say not our fault but they always say that also we were suppoed to be all inclusive but i had to buy bottled water from behind the bar even though that was free by the glass my daughter is 6 months old so water is her basic food for bottles this was addressed by the rep who provided bottled water for us so then came weekend number 2 and once again full of natives pushing shoving and generaly being rude and offensive when we left we were told that the following weekend 300 were due thank god we came home so point one food is basic and bland point two weekend over run by spanish oap point three lifts broke down regulary point four if taking baby remember to buy bottled water or see rep point five do enjoy yourselves we will not be returning to this hotel for a few years as it is now only a 1star not 3 - in September 09
