We stayed 5 days in the hotel with child, 7 years. All gave a lot of effort, and we felt very comfortable in it. But there is small Macken, with whom you have to live. Largest problem: you can not directly by car in front of the entrance of the hotel. This is a problem if you have a lot of luggage and a child has. We are in terms of the information on the rear (no elevator) and the kitchen to front desk arrives. That was already annoying. And departure the same. With 3 large suitcases on the iced over pedestrian precinct is not very pleasant... Read more

A very good way to celebrate a white Christmas. Very friendly staff and Christmas carols on Christmas Eve was a special family touch. Very close to ski shops and ski lifts. Prefect snow and ski facilities (if you're a beginner then best ski at Kaprun - Zell Um Sea has great slopes but can be a bit terrifying for a 1st time skier). Will definitely come back here for more skiing. Hotel had good breakfast (we ventured out for dinner). Rooms were clean. Very small lift, but usable and good ski drying room.
