For this price, it was a perfect hotel in the centre stalemate ayas in direct proximity to bars and shopping malls. Still quiet room. My room had a view of the sea not noisy SOI eight ten if you want good food, you shouldn't go to the restaurant of the hotel. In the immediate vicinity there are plenty of other options. Read more

Good and clean hotel with friendly service. Very central location to bars, restaurants and to the beach, but very under the rush of suffering. Tip: with the boat to the offshore islands. Very nice is the small pool on the roof terrace. You can fast times off or soak up the sun. Overall very to be recommended. Read more

Well iv been here a few time but as the years go by standerds can slip book via phone is good pay on arivel is a ok i got ask nice hurn from dogo to golf aka asean explorer to book room for me i ask for room on 5th floor but thay tried to give a very bad room with veiw of a brick wall so i made a soft protest thay then told me thay can move me the next day i found out thay want you to pay more for a better view otherwise all was fine hotel was good pool almost perfect with bar a new high rise shoping mall monster has gone up next door so it has sort of over taken the veiw haveing bargirls outside is ok at first then start to become abit lame but still fun if you are up for a laff look out for larg gray things running down soi 8 away from the police with its owner way ahead of it (what a scene hehe)yes lots of fun to be had not a family area more of a party area

The room was perfectly clean every time I stayed there, the bedsheets were flawless white, and the bathroom was clean and smelled good.

Its a little noise for some but what lovely staff to take yor mind off it, its right in the middle of the bar girs gogo bars so not for everybody, one min from the beach, but i went up to jomitem beach mor for the familys, my room had little paint falling off but that was it, the cleaners was in every day doing a really nice jod 5 *

Because it is centrally located, you have to take the annoyance of the noise of the surrounding bars until 2 or 3 AM if you want to go to sleep earlier, and also the friendly harassment of the ladies when you walk around the hotel in the evening.

Very friendly staff, rooms well cleaned every day and excellent in terms of location to the exciting attractions on Soi 7 and Soi 8 before hitting Walking Street.

When you consider how many decent bars and restaurants are within crawling distance - try the fabulous lobsters in 'Pink Lady' on Beach Road just around the corner - it's pointless staying in to eat!

There was no problem with bringing back overnight guests either which was cool, Nice roof top pool, again very clean, with a bar up there too.
