We liked the hotel, we had an apartment -large and in good condition. The entire area is well maintained. The service at the front desk very good( German native speakers).
The dinner is quite monotonous and the atmosphere in the dining room unpleasant (underground without daylight), the breakfast tasted us.
The beach is very close, bus station, taxis and supermarket directly in front of the house.
Affordable car rental( car Elizabeth) sends every morning a contact person into the lobby. Read more

Floresta is for every recommendable, and older, in every aspect suitable, the rooms are different level. We were as athletes there. Optimal for cyclists you can prepare your own meals or half board- all inclusive do everything. Even the kitchen in the apartment is available includes coffee machine, as well as microwave. For wheelchair users are good possibilities created. Would again at any time visit. Price and performance okay. Read more

We were as a family with two small children (four-and-a-half and tight 2) in January 2012 for a week at the apart floresta in Puerto del Carmen. On the whole we were quite pleased with the hotel. The complex was clean and in good condition, the rooms are clean and tidy and the staff friendly. A in advance by email ordered bed was us within a few minutes confirmed and they really are ready constructed in the room. The latter- the room -was even greater than booked (Upgrade).

Hotel area was spacious and quiet, two minutes to walk to the beach, but the use of the beach was found to be limited, despite the closeness to the airport, no noise; average age rather high; our apartment was great (block f, second floor); has not changed 2x worked, otherwise OK; food than half board in the form of buffets plentiful, but rather bland, table-ware not very clean (especially the undersides of the plate) Despite complaint, if you like English food, this is the place to stay; parking spaces for rental cars available.
