It was a really beautiful vacation. The hotel was very tidy and pleasant, the staff willing to help and courteous. With the hotel bus one could free of charge to Funchal and from there the whole island explore. We had a car rented. Read more

There are actually nothing to fault -completely on the contrary. Who however absolute peace want, should over the regular evening cultural offer inform, to afterwards the room to select. We had a room close to the area of the open inner courtyard, and had music pUR- zunmindest while, until we put the front door had closed. Then we had our peace. Our room section 302 lateral view of the sea was generously equipped, with additional sofa bed, armchair and desk. You could do in a coffee cook( kettle available). The shower is at ground level and without barriers to reach, over the toilet were large areas to counter available.

The hotel is located directly at the sea. There is directly in front of the hotel a bus station. By bus number 155 one drove to Funchal. Would you like hikes, excursions undertake one is surely meaningful it a hired car to take, the best of at home from reserve -is cheaper. You can on foot in the next place, town center several pub and a small supermarket. The food is very good and more than enough been.
In the hotel we had only booked breakfast, not bad, but a bit monotonous. Average age was 70, many British people, German.

the complete staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. At the front desk we could us German communicate. January were almost exclusively in the older people there, of many British people, with which we are so well we couldn't exchanged. The hotel transfer to Funchal we have thankful, lively used.
