Hotel Frangiskos

We are during an island-hopping tour in Matala end of September landed. The hotel frangiskos has us super fallen, overall the great location the very beautiful and known Matala beach is simply great. The food with a view of the beach was very delicious. After Matala-center it is only a few minutes walking and direct at the entrance to the parking the hotel is the public bus station. The hotel is in a great location and you can get to the beach so much fuss or go shopping! The pool is very quiet and comfortable. There are also shady spots under palm trees. The food was typical Greek cuisine and for us personally tasted very good. The choice was okay. The rooms are typical for the country, but very clean. In the shower is very disturbing, there was no shower curtain and after showers everything under water. The staff is very friendly! Manoli at the pool bar there was a treat. We would have liked a bit more Tradizion. For example, a Greek evening (bar-B-que, folk dancing, music.). The food was so-so, not bad like a little more flavor, and Feta offer. The dining room has a fantastic view of the ocean. The rooms are without radio, and the bathroom without shower curtain. Our conclusion: price/performance ratio was okay. The hotel offers affordable accommodation in a very good location. In the summer it's good, air conditioning for seven Euro per day to take. Matala has a very nice atmosphere and offers for each something to be without a fair. Read more
