We had three really nice days in the hotel, the accommodation was comfortable and the atmosphere very inviting. The bad reviews delivered (which we read and still booked) are not comprehensible for me. This hotel deserved its three stars. The staff was always friendly and competent in all issues, breakfast buffet wide, always from the staff and refilled accordingly. For a short break the hotel was fine unfortunately the counter worked in the pool not. Breakfast was something poor! Hardly any guests! In the evening was already 9:30 P.M. almost everything was closed against. Read more

Selection of the food, very small and too expensive. The staff is except for the leadership, from trainee 'or' low ' s earner (maid). After 22 hours, the elevator is turned off.
A sign on ' relief after 22 hours' is not possible. So not suitable for handicapped people.

Gemütler holiday with the family in the beautiful oberbärenburg.
Sportive atmosphere, since there were very many young athletes also guests of the house are (Bob and luge International).
Very attentive staff, manners left nothing to be desired. Independent stock of a birthday table and congratulations of Jubilares without asking.
