    The staff and Schattauer family are very friendly and very service minded. There is no doubt that the guests are in focus. We were 2 families plus a single with 4 children all together staying together at Schattauer. Though there are no special children areas except for a table tennis in the basement, then the staff and management were very friendly towards our children and their needs.     It was an overall wonderfull wacation, and we had at greate stay at the hotel. The hotel standards was excellent, and the staff was very kindly and always ready for a small-talk.     Rooms are well proportioned. pleasantly decorated, extremely comfortable and very clean. All Public areas are welcoming and have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Staying in the Guesthouse was the best of both worlds as we had the convenience of breakfasting well there and were then able to experience the gastronomic delights of the Hotel for dinner.
