Hotel Galeazzi

Since the galeazzi was located directly on the main street, it is very noisy. The furniture was already a bit outdated, but in good condition. The way to Salo is about two kilometer but very annoying along the road. The breakfast buffet and the dinner menu is good, but we had already eaten better in Italy. The best service to be highlighted is the service at the food. We had our room on the fourth floor with two small balcony (one chair), had a beautiful view over the lake, but like I said extremely loud because of the main street. Read more

The food in the form of half board is disastrous. The food was cold, cold, tasteless the Service staff crusty. The coffee for breakfast came from a dirty machine we preffer disgusting. Read more

For a long weekend to recommend this hotel. As good value for money. Waiters, staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. Stayed half board. Buffet breakfast delicious and extensive. Dinner always 4 course menu. The different courses in the morning you can always choice (depending 3 to choose from). Nice pool with pool chairs, but right at the thruway. I stayed for five days in this hotel, for the first, but definitely for the last time! The hotel itself is quite nice, rooms were big enough and the pool is always clean. However: > Unfortunately the hotel is right on the main street, the on the western side of the Lake Garda all the little villages ( Gardone and Salo) and connect. The traffic noise starts at 0530 in the morning and dauerst to good 0130 hours. We were very friendly received, even though we three hours before check in arrived our room was ready. The hotel was generally very nostalgic decorated, as was our room. On the whole this was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was still relatively new, a bit small but nicely equipped. The towels were changed daily and the room cleaned every day.
