on the front desk the whole is program booked the trip, and promise of special requests( we had for example because of the nightly fireworks from the boat trip to the port in Funchal asked) long phone, until it worked.

It is a quiet hotel without leisure facilities and pool (both is free in about 500 meters away from the sister hotel galosol fully available). The hotel is for children, as well as handicapped due to various stairs (no elevator available) not suitable. But if you the peace and a wonderful love unlimited views over the Atlantic Ocean, come here to its cost. The rooms are a bit small, but very nice and appropriately equipped. Read more

The buffet especially the breakfast is in my opinion not worthy of four stars. But that was just a German thing. Above all the prices in the room, I am amazed, safe per week 5, 00 Euro... Good starting point for excursions. We had only booked breakfast. It was offered us a nutritious breakfast. In the main hotel pool and fitness room to be used. Internet PC use on the hallway free
Had a rental car (in de book) to the island to explore, saves a lot of time (no waiting on bus). Excellent parking on the whole island, in the cities I am usually drove into the parking garage, costs not the world.
