Renovated in 2009, this air-conditioned resort offers beautiful gardens and a total of 424 rooms , of which 162 villas rooms. The impressive lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange counter, a cloakroom and lift access. There is also a café, a reading room, a kiosk, a small supermarket, and various shops available. Further facilities onsite include a hairdressing salon, a bar, a pub, a nightclub and a theatre auditorium. In addition there is a TV room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, as well as a conference room.Laundry and medical services are available for an extra charge. Younger guests between 4-12 years of age may participate in the kids club activities and use the children's playground. The hotel also has its own parking facilities.

This hotel enjoys a hillside location on a beautiful sandy bay. Public transport departs from stops just paces away. It is also possible to use the Dolmus shared taxi service. The town centre is around 5 minutes drive away. The Manavagat River is roughly 23 km away, Side is about 27 km away and Alanya is around 30 km away. From Antalya, the airport is around 90 km away.

The well-maintained hotel grounds offer a swimming pools with a paddling area . Guests may relax in the indoor swimming pool. A sauna and massage treatments are also available (fees apply). Table tennis, pool, beach volleyball and a gym are all available. An activity programme provides additional variety and entertainment. On the beach guests can enjoy various water sports such as water-skiing, jet-skiing, or speed boating.

Very nice complex. Rooms but very neglected. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. But the lost our appetite was very good.
The first room (144) was a disaster. Smelled after toilet, was dirty and is directly at the Buseinfahrt.
The second room on the fourth floor was a little bit better but the cleanliness also left to desire.
The beds are bad and the blankets could replaced or renewed.
There is a fridge but not Minibarmäßig filled. However should a hotel with five stars this probably offer.

Suitable for a beach holiday. In the rooms we had plenty of space and felt very comfortable in this hotel. The Bay offers a nice view from the beach there were always free pool chairs, shade as sun places. Read more

Spacious area with original beautiful garden. Clear shabby, getting old, poorly maintained. GardenHouses had one to two star rating. Lots of narrow rooms, three square meters bathroom for six people, shuttered windows, doors, unhygienic and defective plumbing articles. When it rained water from flowing all walls, through. 95% Eastern Europeans with appropriate social behavior. Definitely not recommended! Read more

Were very satisfied with the location, probably go back next year. My whole family loved it. Food, and the whole area with entertainment, pool and the sea is highly recommended. A first advice I would like to give to the Hotel Manager (with whom we have had very pleasant conversations during our stay) is to add a third air-conditioning in the 3-room type family rooms as I heard that sleeping in the big living room (without airco) was pretty awful with those July temperatures.
