Staff were rude and not very helpful with the basic hospitality tasks like taking a food and drinks order. There is only one restaurant that offers buffet style food. Not vegetarian friendly at all. You can order food at the bar but very limited options available. U need to take half hour ride to the beach in the shuttle bus. The hotel is very isolated and will need to pay approx £4 one way to get to where the shops and restaurants are. My main opinion about this Hotel is BAD, really bad. they serve drinks in plastic cups - imagine whole week drinking from plastic cups - and not so clean either. When I wanted to change money on the reception, the receptionist at first takled to his collegue- I said OK... but then his coworker left, and still nothing happened. The pool was full of hair from al parts of body if you know what I mean. And this place is also opened for the locals for free who are not so friendly too.... The hotel, as well as the pictures in the slightest with Urlaubsangeboten match. The pictures should be replaced, so that everyone can see beseres and not getäucht and the strong disappointment in the vacation experience. Only if you came from Germany, you got the better service.
