The titlis suite is a great cozy rooms with jacuzzi and fireplace, the lady at the front desk very friendly and accommodating. The service at the bar was very bad, even after 15 minutes we were not asked us what we wanted to drink, the chef was about four times past us to greet or without our desires to ask. The food in the restaurant, meat on lava stone, very bad. The beef already black started! On our complaints were not received and no alternative offered. We will never again stay as food. Read more
