We booked the accommodation through friends so were prepared to compromise in certain areas. The staff were almost completely incapable of communicating with any of us. So instructions for where the ski lockers were, other house rules etc. were not apparent to us until several days into the trip; so the staff were, unbeknown to us, getting quietly angrier with us as the holiday went on.
