The Garni Straßer a great winter holiday spend.
For dinner or lunch are available in the place enough, well reachable, pub available.
The access to the winter sports region Zillertal-arena is the only 70 meters away ski bus -stop ideal.

As I mentioned earlier the rooms are cleaned and changed every morning and staff were very discreet and patient before carrying it out with a pleasant 'morgen' as we passed :-) The building does have a lift if you're a few storeys up but we always used the stairs.

It's actually linked directly to the main hotel Strass via a very impressive aerial walkway that gives superb view of the snowy wonderland in the town and of the mountains when you cross over for breakfast and dinner.

The best thing about The Garni Strass is it's amazing location 100 yards away from the main Penken gondola which whisks you directly and swiftly across two peaks to the main ski area.

The shops are brilliant and well stocked with latest ranges and gear and if you stay at Garni Strass you barely need to wander more than a couple of hundred yards for your whole stay as it's all there!
