The hotel is in very good condition; all areas are very clean and friendly! The staff are always friendly. Especially we liked the provision of advice in the hotel private ski rental! The breakfast buffet was very spacious, but there were the same every morning... During dinner we were greeted by an 4-course menu plus salad buffet surprised. The main course from 3 main courses to be elected, only was missing us personally the traditional Austrian kitchen; the food was but otherwise very good.

We felt very comfortable and would anytime again this hotel again if we are in this region. The hotel is very good equipped and highly recommendable overall also for people with mobility problems. There are no barriers or stages in the hotel. In the upper spaces that takes you with elevator. Also in the restaurant has a very friendly and informal atmosphere.
the hotel lies not far from the bus station away. Therefore it is very flexible and can drive fast to of Zell am see.
