the hotel is a ideal quiet Oasis, informally run, you feel immediately welcome and the best looked after. Despite our very late arrival by blocking of the passport was already a table away in the restaurant and also outside the normal dinner Times waited a delicious 5-Coursemenu on us. pleasant informally managed hotel in the town center in fiss. We loved, that it is not very large is. Beautiful new transportation to partly new dining room and small bar. Mixed clientele of all ages, mostly Austrian, German and Swiss. The hotel is 4 star-Thecategory
We had a very nice family suite, this was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children (13 + 14 years) each with separate access to the bathroom. The idea is very spacious and stylishly equipped. The room with 2 separate beds small but comfortable. We felt very much at ease.

about 5 minutes walk from the elevator, as everywhere in the ski and the FIs SCHSCHUHE with a business when the cable cars, small wait... And took some getting used to. Read more

Very clean extraordinary hotel. Great rooms etc. unfortunately the warmth of the female staff a lot to be desired. We have no service staff only even a smile. Even if a guest food for the most part left I expected a decline from which reason I do not have.
