The hotel was once the five star hotel planned, the fifth star at the entrance is however already unscrewed, you can see the joins in the wall. Very quiet hotel (in the little November occupied), for the best. Dining can we nothing to say, as we were self-catering. Around the hotel enough and good places to eat and drink (cheap and fine. Cheap: eight euros per person menu (starter, main course, dessert, coffee and drinks all inclusive), upscale category: restaurant right on the beach or at the port main course from ten Euros (food is plentiful and very, very good). No risk no fun, so started our first vacation after years. A super offer read and posted. We were 1 week at the geranios with half board. Various reviews from the hotel in other Forums look rather bad. We, the ' Normalis ' :-) found it not at all so bad. definitely it was no 5 star, a 3 + applies rather. the staff are very friendly and also always make an effort (without knowledge of German) to do everything possible to make it a good. Overall the hotel was quite good. It is a big complex, the rooms are relatively large. Each suite has its own kitchen along with a dining room, living room and bedroom, bathroom and terrace. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was ok. The breakfast and dinner was also ok. Quite new facility, with great amenities and ()in good condition. But unfortunately you can tell that the crisis affected by the hotel. Huge mistake of staff (and also to customers). The hotel feels like ghost-city. Dirt-dust-sand everywhere, and "bluff" should be no statement. We were there only a short weekend at the hotel, but in these 3 days, the Zonas comunes keinesmal cleaned. The cleaning lady didn't even managed to clean the terrace for a tip.
