We were twice in hotel ghazala beach. In December a lot of regular guests came, the knew each other, what has contributed a great atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The good mood of the waiters and the entertainers seemed contagious. Food is good, rooms are very small, but enough for sleeping. Cleaning man gearbaitet clean and the towels and flower decoration crafts. All guests get a beach bag and two daily fresh beach towels. Am already the ninth time here and will stay there again. The hotel is already a bit getting old but price-performance ratio sitimmt hundred %. Positive is also wireless internet access, which is free. The whole staff was very helpful and always in a good mood, just excellent, of course, the tip is one of them, but do not forget. We arrived at the hotel and check-in was very efficient, we were given a lovely room in the main building of the hotel but we wanted to be close to the pool and as soon as we asked the reception guy he gave us the key to one of the bungalows and said to check it out to see if that one was more to our liking - it was perfectly positioned close to the main pool, the room was clean and airy with no problems at all. - in June 10

we went for 2 weeks for the 1st time to Egypt and what a hotel ,rooms could do with a upgrade but everything else was excellent the staff were so nice the location is great Claudia the guest relations manager was the most helpfull person you could ask for she was also very funny as well, you asked her for something and it was done straight away, don't ever finish! - in July 10

Sharm is a great location to go to if you want to climb Mt Sinai (Mt Moses as they call it) and day trips to Cairo for the Pyramids are a must.
