The hotel is clean and in good condition. The safe is, in my view, with 49 LV per week too expensive. The staff was reserved and not friendly. After the high season you feel unwanted. The German and English language skills of all the staff, at the front desk, leaves a little to be desired (at least when we were there). Read more

food was okay-up to the third day! Every day (lunch and dinner) the same food, which after a few days tasted. So-called'theme buffets' there were 7 days no trace.

Hotel generally OK. Food not so great. But we were still full. After a short time on the Promenade bar went out to eat, which was much better. Prices were very good. The best just book with breakfast, and eating. The room was clean. In and outside of the hotel clean. When eating one must make reductions place specific; experienced Bulgaria will know about it. Nevertheless, was worth it for a family including still-all> alone because of the drinks.
If you are preapred, that 50% of the meal in the selection for 'our' expectations are OK, and the rest of restaurants or Steakhiouses , the very, very cheap, one can spend here were top-holidays.
