We were very excited for this holiday and from the first moment we we have enjoyed our stay to the max. The hotel is huge, very modern and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Yes, it was quiet but not empty and not boring. The quality of food was great and enough and also the all inclusive concept is so wide of choice. The spa centre is beautiful and indoorpool was like our private pool everyday. The staff speak almost all languages, especially the concierge girls know their skills. We have been treated like vip's and we want to come again, maybe... Read more

We are the fifth time in the hotel former, because for us a highlight of the year. The kitchen is excellent, variety and taste of the food were the buffets can't be beat, you feel like you are in paradise. The restaurants are also very recommendable. The service was very attentive, we were spoiled. The hotel is very expensive in high season, we always end November, the weather was still sore Erba around the price performance ratio is excellent. The only negative: the Finnish sauna was very nice muslemisiert, this means you should wear veils.... Read more

Great Hotel, unfortunately no signs as signs to the front desk or the like. I so often run as large. The staff was very friendly partly a little ignorant. The golf courses in the surrounding area are a dream, but the reservation should be the tea times smoother. Read more

The hotel has convinced through quality, and in all areas. Here everything is high quality, if decor, furniture, rooms and villas, garden area, pool area, food and drinks, which was very tasty, distinguished and versatile as quality. Served in glasses and of course china. Cleanliness and reliability at the staff in all areas. Here the satisfaction was even at connoisseurs and situation, which are used to luxury, guaranteed. Very good looking after guests and management. Read more

Hotel and area 'very good'. Rocky beach and into the water without shoes. Pool water of 50% 1/2 star five not worthy. The tour operator should know that (TUI) to say. Read more

All in all we had a lovely break , would go back again as the positives out weigh a few negitavies, and it is such good value, with lovely staff. - in September 10
It’s much more geared up for children with loads of waterslides etc and a big waterpark for adults and big kids – which is fun if you like that kind of thing The all inclusive option is really worth it – even if you don’t drink that much it’s still really good value.

Its a large hotel, but never feels crowded or noisy, nice land scaped grounds and pool areas. - in September 10
Even though we were there for the last day of Ramadan, with an influx of Turkish guests in celebratory mood, the hotel is large enough to absorb many people and the atmosphere was delightful wherever we went - especially the Pier bar where you can lounge on white beds with large pillows and stare out to sea, with a drink, watching the sunset and listening to "chill-out" music.

We are a well travelled family with high standards and also not particularly keen on large hotels - again, however, we were delighted by the beauty of the gardens, the amount of space and places you could relax in peace and privacy, the variety of restaurants, and the swimming pool which is the most beautiful, enormous pool I have ever seen! - in January 10
They seem obsessed with the beach anyway which left the beautiful gardens and pool that circles the hotel just to ourselves on some mornings.
