... Gold Safran reception with polite staff. The entertainment every evening was extremely good and very funny, they provided shows for all ages and really get the guests involved. The main entertainer Pinocchio is a real MUST see he is hilarious. The other entertainer Billy is also great at getting guests involved in activities they work very very well as a team. I highly recommend if you want a fun packed holiday book the GOLD SAFRAN HOTEL as you will not be dissapointed. 100% we will be returning.

What a great hotel for a reasonable sum of money.
Overall, a very good experience and would recommend to many (except professional complainers), this hotel is good value for money and offers a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.
Large and clean (even given a free upgrade on arrival!). Remote control air con provided free of charge.
Good service at the table and bar, prompt and efficient.
As described, 100 yards from beach and near a variety of small bars, restaurants and shops. Not a particularly noisy location.

Best Staff , Musti in the dining room , Younis in the bar and the best kids entertainer has to be Pinocchio he is crazy . Stay away from the male cleaner who cleans public areas he is not friendly and the maintenance man with the grey hair shouts at kids . Overall a good holiday lots of other English people were there when we were would not reccommend as a couples holiday great for kids. Read more

The hotel was always clean and tidy, and always had our room cleaned everyday. The disappointing part was that when it rained in the evening, the entertainment was cancelled because it was held outside next to the pool
Always clean but noticed that the windows were never locked properly.
The hotel offers basic services and experience services as well. For example wifi for smartphones is around 40TL per week or 10TL per day. Also hiring out the pool table was 40TL for 3 hours. But you can't complain about it cos the all the staff are complete... Read more
