We had full board but the food was bad. breakfast dinner went.
The rooms have, we expected more. heating was during the day hot and from 21 o'clock they were turned off, the whole night frozen. Complained every day at the front desk. Club room and TV room was the whole time closed
Heiznung left to desire.

Spa treatments were a bit strange, that was not a cure and no Wellness. Always stress due to time.

Only instant coffee possible, no warm retaining device for egg, little variety with warm meal in the evening, no additional plates on the buffet, this means you had to make do with a night or breakfast. Had asked several times but we saw at this hotel, the fact that all the balconies only always 1 chair. The price-performance ratio was not good. For 30 minutes. Sauna should be paid 25 zlotys. The rooms were cleaned every day, however the towels were only changed every 3 days, or you had to pay extra for it, this is an impertinence, as there were no towels in the spa treatment department, so that you had to bring out of the room and the times where you had to bring your towels from home, should be gone!
