Hotel Golden 5 Diamond Beach

It was a super holiday. Every wish was fulfilled, whether in the restaurant, hotel, pool or room. Ahmed my guest relations manager was at any time for me. It was of great advantage, that the German language perfect dominated. Also in the restaurant I was always accommodating treated. It was always beautifully for me how friendly everybody was. In gastronomy I have the 2 floor evaluated, the only with VIP tickets to reach ( Europeans). Unfortunately only in EN last 3 days, before in the diamond restaurant a disaster! No cutlery, Drinking from plastic cups as by the pool and so on Probably it was because the 99% Russians, no manners and the plates to the sky load full and then leave the half, so you fling. Unfortunately I have no time on my great vacation in your reports. I was in the past in Turkey, in Jerusalem in Lanzarote and so on, but my most beautiful vacation was from 15,03.-29-03-2012 diamond golden 5 hotel. I had my documents on arrival in the bus lost, not a problem, Ahmed, my bellmen helped with word and deed and perfect German side. After a few days remained my EC-card in the ATM pin. We were this year the tenth time in Egypt, but we have never experienced something like that! We have unfortunately the negative reviews not serious enough taken. Whether all positive further recommendation voices is questionable. The hotel is a really very old and ailing complex for cheap holiday-makers from Russia. We have on the third day the hotel changed.
