we stayed for a week in this hotel and we had a very felt comfortable the staff from the manager to the gardener, all were very friendly and tried the stay as pleasant as possible the food was designed was very good and there was something for every taste all in all we can say is the emerald five stars and our next stay in hurghada will again be in the emerald once again many thanks to the whole team and we are coming again Read more

the hotel was great, very clean and all were very friendly. Many russians, but top service for German thanks to the staff, the manager (for example, katja)...
varied Opportunity, since you can use five different hotels. There is also a restaurant (paradise hotel) with German food.

Especially we would like to highlight the guests advisor. On the first day of our arrival has shown us the whole area. It was for us for each issue and took care of it time costly on the last day, since our tour operator no data had valet left. Once again, thank you very much for everything katja. You're great.
In addition to this, we were repeatedly by the staff asked if everything was in order. The room spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. So everything was ok.

The check-in process was a nightmare. We have a friendly Family after hurghada and every family had booked a family room (two rooms with connecting door); you wanted and one room with two beds enter and two beds move, since we had two children with us. We complained; it took forever and we were constantly with the phrase ' five minutes, please is' slagged off...
