As others have noted as a German guest you were treated very nicely. The staff were always friendly and tried very hard. The general manager and the ladies Kathleen and Simone from the guests service have be immediately taken care of. I found the food in the main restaurant was very varied and well, and I am quite picky with the meal. Particularly great I found the small hors-d'oeuvres, the so nice on plate prepared were. Our impression of the hotel and its area refers to the Paradise hotel. The only good food we had the impression that you will find in the German restaurant. After some things we ate in the main restaurant have very bad we tried German restaurant and from the four day of our stay no where to eat. Really very good and a goulash like at mothers always changing German dishes which were all very good. The hotel complex consists of five hotels and is therefore very generously designed. Since most of the guests were Russian-speaking, the entire staff German tourists and will spoil you with exceptional service-drinks were brought to your beach chair, for example. We were for one night in this five-star hotel under make production as our flight. There were three of us and only got a double room, with a broken bed. This hotel is populated by Russian dirty, food left a lot to be desired, coffee was a black soup in the restaurant circled the deaf, just horror is never again. Read more

it was dirty, cockeroaches running on the bread in the dining room, mice on the 4th floor, cracked pool tiles, no entertainment for english, cold drinks warm and hot drinks cold.
