A something an ageing hotel, that much of its earlier charm lost. The staff are attentive, that remedy, but it is missing simply a modernization. The complex is nice and big, but you can see in all the corners in need of renovation. The staff are friendly and courteous. Cleanliness and size of the rooms fITS, however you should not to high standards of the hotel altogether have. The hotel was mostly by Russian guests visited, and it was not very pleasant, however should the but in future righten, like us the manager told you very large value German guests. Partly one was from the staff always only times with Russian and then with English spoken. The Italian restaurant you could really forget, the staff are unfriendly and the food also tasted, however whereas the German restaurant was perfect well as the Italian a slice. We were from 01-03-2012 until 08-03-2012 in the hotel Paradise at golden 5 city resort in Hurghada. Paradise we were the only German guests and we were almost every wish was fulfilled. We can only say, we would love to come back. Read more
