It was for my wife and me to be a very relaxing and great vacation in this hotel. Contrary to other reviews we can't over the food complain, there is so lots of different restaurants in this great complex, that you always satisfied is. Correct but is, that 90% Russian guests were present, but not further disturbed or were remarkable.
The pool of the neighboring hotel Topaz is a dream.

Before I start, I dont want this to seem like I'm bashing the place, its just after reading other reviews my expectations were much higher.
The whole complex looks great from a distance, but close up is showing signs of neglect.
We looked at some of the other hotels in the complex and although they looked great (paridise for example), the rooms were much smaller than the sapphire.

Had a great 2 weeks in this hotel with my husband and 10 month old daughter, lovely big rooms with a seperate lounge area so great when my daughter was asleep, fridge was kept stocked with water and fizzy drinks and cleanliness of room was great.
