Hotel complex clean, cleanliness of the room very good, filling mini bar with water and sprite regularly.

Just back from a week holiday with my girlfiend and 2other friends to celebrate our 40th birthdays.had a fantastic week in the topaz!we had originally booked the sapphire but didnt like the view from balconcy so they moved us to a excellent room overlooking pool in the topaz.the main restraunt is mainly catered for russian guests but you will always find something to eat,the pool snack bar has a nice choice,but your in thr golden 5 resort and you have the choice of 7 hotels and all there restraunts and bars and all the a la carte restraunts ... We stayed in Topaz hotel Hurgurda,for a week 3rd march 2012,for my friend and myself,40th birthday with partners,we had a brilliant week,drinks on arrival,then your bags taken to ur rooms,first class service right from the start,really friendly staff from the barmen,waiters,cleaners and the manager,no request was to small,they really looked after you,the hotel is really nice,best ive ever stayed in,the rooms are massive,you have a big bedroom,with flatscreen tv,lovely view over the pool,also a big reception room with big comfy chairs,another... The staff in the whole hotel complex is really friendly and always helpful. At the beach no contracts with 'aqua center' complete. My husband is the night before the trip had been taken ill, we were on time the next morning in the aqua center to us indicate, but got no money back( 50 euros). Read more
