Radiator in the room and bathroom were cold, as well as the shower.
The statement by the hotel management the next morning on our complaint: the heating was broken (former) and she was glad, at the weekends that this (we were there for SA) at least temporarily had been repaired. However, we have heard nothing from it! A warning would be the minimum check at the former, which was to be expected.

The hotel is right in the middle and so goldgasse in the heart of the old town. Only a few minutes 'walk from the Duomo. Our room was huge, had the Charme of protected large chandeliers little immediate vicinity, antique effective bed and closet (but it was new, only antique style), a sofa, a tv equipment. really enjoyed out visit and Ulrika and staff where terrific and helped us with a few tours and pointed us in the direction of the local brewery and beer garden which was a scenic 20 minute walk along the river.
