We stayed at the hotel for a relaxing Gotthard to spend, but were disappointed with the hotel. Above all, we in this hotel were the service forces many Eastern noticed, which were very helpful, but often only very bad German.HCLFHLHCLFHLThe senior manager of the hotel to questions often rude and annoyed when, it incomprehensible in contact with guests.HCLFHLHCLFHLAnother complaint is the parking spaces of the hotel, these are on the edge of the entrance of the hotel.
