My mother and I found it a nice city hotel before, in which we felt very good. We slept very well, the windows are great isolated. It is from the airport with the bus line 99 (to Gare nice) for the four euro to reach. The maximum capacity is only a few minutes walk. An expensive taxi you can save. The hotel welcomes you with a French flair due to the typical haussmannian façade. The front desk and other staff was friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortably furnished. We had a room with balcony and large bathroom. The room itself was but very small.
The location of the hotel is OK. In the proximity of the airport, sea and old town, but was always a bit of a walk Walk... Since it is also central hotels.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still very Central, in a rather smaller street below. The old town of nice, the promenade, the main railway station/verse. Bus stops, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walking distance to in reach.
Also the breakfast is worth mentioning, because it offers a lot of variety for french standards (for example, dark bread rolls, scrambled eggs, fried sausages, nature and fruit yogurt, three kinds of cereal).

Breakfast at 11 euros was good value in that it offered nice fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and bread which is all we look for on holiday (boiled eggs and cold meat was also available).
