the complex was really very large. We stayed at the coba or premier and made us feel very welcome. Because of the size of the area to eat you not only the possibility of every evening buffet-style, but also (with prior reservation) each day in a different restaurant à la carte eat (Italian, Mexican, fish and so on) that gave us the feeling, not in the all-inclusive-hotel again. The hotel is great for families and couples, but not for singles and friends from the hotel was very good: there was always music from 19:00 or evening programme/entertainment and then a disco but in the next town, playa del Carmen (for something alternation) come to you with the so-called minibusses about 40 minutes drive.
The food was very good, the room was also okay, we were too third in a junior suite, the couch was remodelled into a bed.

The hotel and especially Mexico absolutely recommend! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The extensive hotel area was very beautifully laid out however you should keep in mind, that Mexico in the American equivalent to Mallorca for German tourists and families spend their entire American vacation. Many possibilities for leisure, swimming, sunbathing, activities, as well as culture and sports. The food was great, there is a possibility of booking two weeks six times a la-la carte restaurant to go. ... really very well-kept and beautiful. If you are not on the very large and a little confusing area and the benefits due to the large number of estimates, this is the place to go.
The buffet selection is overwhelming, the quality of the food was very good.
The beach is very clean, the water was clear and turquoise, as in the picture.
Small drawback: the hotel is about ten minutes walk away from the beach, or you can take the free shuttle service. Directly on the beach the Gran Bahia Principe Tulum and akumal.
