The hotel and the location were very good.
One may expect oneself however no hotel of the upper class, it is only an all inclusive club with a very loud entertainment program and many drunks Canadians!

We were there on our honeymoon.
A beautiful hotel, the very good in Playa del Carmen. It was only a few minutes walk (about 3) of the shopping area.
German (!) excursions bookable in the hotel. We can the whale sharks, Tulum, coba, Rio Secreto and chichen Itza, as well as horseback riding and fishing recommended.
You were always well supplied and it was always of the guides asked, if everything was in order.
Touristy it is already well-attended, but you can tell, that the quality is right. The people are very nice. Not annoyed or similar

What we in this holiday, received have, in all respects, you can not describe with words, and it was unforgettable, just like in a fairytale!
Perfect service in all areas, extremely clean, junior suites extremely spacious, large selection of high quality foods and drinks and the staff was very friendly, that a each request from the guests eyes has anticipated.
