... and we were there first guests and happy guests too. Grand beauty is a lovely hotel. The staff we're brilliant and all very friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. The food was good and plenty of it, we have never eaten so much. But our favorite was coffe and cake time. As for the cleanliness we could not fault them the whole hotel was spotless our room, the pool and the pool area, toilets, and general area around the inside of the hotel. dreadful place to spend any holiday, reception very bad, on arrival told that there was no room available, this was at o430 am, had to wait until 12. 30pm before we could even think about a wash and change of clothing. This hotel in my honest opinion wants a new owner who has the know how, the present owner just sits every night amongst the guests being waited on hand and foot, watching every movement. no entertainment whatsoever, at one point the bar insisted that everyone get their own drinks, even the ladies. clean rooms air con beds made... Overall this hotel is dreadful. Small rooms. Inedible food. Unfriendly owner. Short measured bar drinks. Room very small. Arrived to dirty linen (even though room was ready), grey towels, broken loo seat no loo paper, no plug for bath or sink. Wall light over bed if you want to sleep together - easy to bash your head on in the night. The wall light came away when touched leaving bare wires in the wall and on lamp. Previous occupant probably wrenched it off the wall so as not to bang head all time. Room needed dusting and general clean. No re...
