You can get totally done by the impressions the area to the hotel back, offers a relaxing afternoon on the pool- hotel- terrace on the 22nd floor at. The pool is small, but we did not work out. in the middle of Chinatown, 25 floors, the last eight floors up narrow tapering, rooms very small, but practically equipped, no storage space for clothes, just a rack with hangers and a small drawer, but most of the guests from all over the world (50% Thai and Chinese), many people on business trip stay as we were only 1-4 days. We chose the grand china princess as a base for a self organized about four-week trip to Thailand. Main matching criteria were the proximity to the major attractions, as well as the traffic connections-in both cases we were not disappointed.
Leaving the hotel you are in the bustle of Chinatown. The main sights within walking distance would not, you can rent one of the many Tuk-tuks and the drive to the desired destination.
