Hotel Grand Hyatt New York

It is a very big hotel. There are several hundred rooms in the hotel. There is unfortunately only 4 lifts and it can be that you have to wait. From the 24 floor there are only 2 lifts the whole of the top. We had a room in the 28 floor so that you might have a bit waiting time have a plan. The quality and taste of the food, decent hotel, nice-helpful staff. Very many attractions central easily accesible on foot. Central station around the corner, Chrysler building on the doorstep. Flat-screen tv in each room an radio, and good cleanliness. I can handle guest complaints if you don't spend much time in the hotel, was with colleagues always on the former. I would book again if I would travel to new York. Read more

The hotel is very modern and right next to the central station. Our room was not cleaned properly, dust and hair everywhere it installations, the mirror in the bathroom was messed up. There was no free internet in the whole hotel. For those price there are better Alternatives. Read more

The Grand Hyatt is located directly at the central station with direct access to the train station. Nearby are several small cafes with breakfast and snack options. New York is breathtaking. The person in the hotel is fake friendly. With a complaint was no apology or other. The hotel was recently renovated and is very modern and thereby it a bit cold. big plus of this hotel is the central location! Read more

From the hotel one is in few minutes in the middle of Times square and the Empire State building. Diagonally opposite the ESB is the largest department store in the world 'Macy' where you can get a whole day shop can. Breakfast can be either in the hotel or outside.
