The pool area was outdated and just unpleasant.
In the shower in the bathroom was the drain plate not perfect fit, but there was really nothing to complain about.
The room was nice and big and the TV also. Also a good selection of channels. Unfortunately, the Internet costs still have a small fortune.

We spent five days in March grand Mercure xidan. The restaurants and bars around the hotel met our expectations. The location is very Central. Ideal for the environment or ideally if you want to explore on your own Beijing. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and always nice and friendly. A small smile gets you everywhere. All in all a good successful vacation, we have nothing to complain about. Read more

The hotel is relatively central and thus several sights are within easy reach. The underground line 1 and two are reachable in about five minutes (for example two underground stops to the Forbidden City).HCLFHLHotel was built in an older year, but still in good condition.
