It was our first vacation in the Dominican Republic, we had the luck, the travel agent had recommended this hotel chat. It was just great and amazing. An excursion to the island saona (de luxe) was (except the long drive) the highlight. The staff were always cheerful, helpful and friendly. all in all a wonderful great vacation! Very attentive staff! A strong praise! Often we were not yet really we ate our drinks!
