A truly wonderful and relaxing vacation. After a one-week round trip we had for 2 weeks a Mayan suite in the royal area. Just perfect! If possible definitely book. The service of the staff excellent ( many thanks Alberto ). The restaurants all good to very good ( exception Chinese-goes in our opinion not at all). We stayed in the white Sands royal area. We were already the second time in this complex. This time we had a suite in the royal area. The rooms are big enough with good furniture. However the 'bathroom' is a bit of getting used to, as it is a open area is. On the whole we can only positive reports. This complex is simply a dream and worth seeing. ( lots of animals and wonderful plants) the staff are always friendly been. Food and drinks are varied and very good.
Whoever complained here, is probably always something.

very nice vacation. We had a junior suite in the white Sands. It is a massive area with 5 hotels, as you walk a few kilometers. Does this however well, because it's very much eats in this great Offered. There are lots of restaurants available, especially recommended the 8 a la carte.
the long flight in a very bad Condor team, will never again with this Fluganbieter travel, hardly place, very tight and so on I would go back to Mexico travel.
recommended are coba, Tulum and Chichen Itza to visit, very nice Mayan Ruins. Read more

the food a dream, tastes are different, but you could always find something,

The hotel is right on the beach and offers everything, what you would expect: very good service, friendly staff, everything was very clean, very good food, cleaned water, so that nobody got sick, very nice, large rooms (we had a junior suite), huge bathroom with Jacuzzi, international guests (mainly Canadians, in addition, a lot of Spanish people, a few Americans, Germans and so on) water sports and entertainmentIf you are looking for a fly in the soup, would come as follows: loud animation, weekly repeat the quality and taste of the evening program (for three weeks a bit boring) if you are going to the beach go into the water, force you to many stones, as the coral reef immediately beginsBut as I said, these are the hair in the soup excellent.
