Facilities were decent but not much hot water for showers
Large enough for our needs. It was kept very clean and tidy. The big issue was wireless never worked from our room which we paid for and needed to keep tabs on our business. The other issue was the lack of hot water for showering.
Our bartender Confeso Marte M.was phenomenal. He was friendly, helpful, and fun. We enjoyed hs assistance and banter.

Would not again this hotel select, there is much more beautiful. If we had known, we would have a few Euros paid more and had a 5 star rating.
Staff is somewhat unmotivated when the clean, for example table for the food, room-vacuum, etc..
Safe is not included in the price, you have to per day pay!
Pool was always dirty, the cups and the fruit were by the pool Soil found!
A real afterall spring break hotel, very loud!

This hotel is definitely not recommendable and is the 4-5 stars not worth. The food is cold and no choice Choice as in the other hotels in bavaro. In the morning only simple Fruühstück ( no choice cereal, only two packaged jam). Entertainment is one of the better in bavaro (20 years experience) experienced. Nevertheless never more this hotel. the cleanliness left a lot to be desired! One has the impression, the complex is too big, in order to give them a proper burial clean -a shame!

The hotel is aptly named 'Grand paradise' fair. From the foyer of the hotel to the rooms -everything was clean and neat. The vegetation is wonderful and each field such as beach and pool in pristine condition. I would recommend this hotel really recommend. We have wonderful holidays spent.

i just got back from 9 days at the grand paradise ,it's my second stay there and it was every bit as good as the last time ,for me it's the staff that make it great ,they're warm and friendly and very helpful ,the pool's are spotless and the beach was perfect,i'll be staying here again for certain - in June 10
