Poor reception, waiting time, since no room available stood ( our arrival was 3:00 P. M.), poor organization and service. Staff was only friendly with tips from minutes 5 $. With the setting of the tables in the restaurant during the hauptstoßzeiten the staff were totally overwhelmed, so that the tourist even your tables set ( Clearing of the old table-ware and organize cutlery and so on). The hotel is located at absolute dream area. There are long beach-walks possible. The complex is spacious and there were no witch hunt after the loungers by the pool and at the beach. Lots of space at the beach available, one doesn't close together. Read more

The hotel is extremely on the Canadian guests aligned. Most employees speak the guests in English (which I personally annoying). The Canadians are probably usually only briefly (7a 10 days) as, what the repetition of food declared ( for example 3 times English Büfettabend in 3 weeks -i personally really too much). The beach is beautiful, but often released from the garbage-it is not much around, but longer time. The food repeated every day. Almost only Canadians there. At the bar was well served but the tables are almost never cleaned. The staff revolves around and don't know what you wanted to do.
The Amhsa group ( owner) seems to me problems to have. Only Flschenbier the tap is except business.

Despite all inclusive you have to the safe pay. The pool is in a bad state. The Strandbeschaffenheit is really good. The Cocktailqualität is rather bad. Altogether is the selection of drinks and the food selection reasonable. Distance to the centre about 10 minutes with the taxi ( price about 1 euro). Wechselservice in the hotel available. Read more

Unfortunately the food was often cold, not tasty, the service with some guests asked 10X, what you wanted to drink, we sometimes didn't, so that we had to get even a little tip (which is not usual) and the pool was so dirty, that we once were.
