We stayed at the November ten days in this hotel. We were except on the day of arrival and lettzen day diving. Nevertheless, we have the complex and the plazza hotel looked good. The pool landscape and the slides of the area are in the truest sense a dream and the pictures are nothing. The Sea as from the picture book, clean and bright turquoise water.
You got at the beach, as well as at the pool, but it was better, if you are at the pool for nine hours a chair. Afterwards it looked rather bad until noon. this was my 3rd time to sharm el sheikh this year first 2 times i stayed in the dreams beach resort which i absolutly adore so i was very worried when i was told i couldnt stay there cos it was fully booked up but now i am glad it was has this hotel is perfect apart from all the nasty ignorant germans and russians with there bikini bottoms up the crack of there backside and the speedo kings what a sight,the only other point is there isnt a cash machine in the hotel so i had to go to the hotel next door , so if like me you only take your debit card with you then you need to go to the beach turn right walk along the front of the beach as soon as you get around the corner your there walk up the steps thru the middle of the complex and you will see a big building at the top go in there and that is where the cash machine is,we didnt no this when we went we walked all the way to the end of the path and up the side of the complex it took ages.

After travelling for the last 5 years this is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, staff are really rude and dont want to help, Air con and kettle wasnt working, room service answered the phone by saying " what do you want" bboking a car from hotel and paying them and being asked to pay the driver more becuase hotel staff made a mistake.

the odd tip here and there dosent hurt either, but only give a dollar here and there to people who deserve it,, the beach is brill , the snorkling of the jetty is absoulutly amazing, i would def recommend you invest in the beach/water shoes, and snorkle mask ect, also the current can be very strong at times so sometimes the jetty is closed, mustapher the lifegaurd is very experianced at saving people, so listen to him,, he is also very strong, ask him for an arm wrestle and you will see lol,, the food overall is good and plenyfull, nice and fresh, lots of choice at main meals, ie 2 soups numerous breads, salad bar, themed nights, specials cooked on the grill,2 types of pasta and suace, rice, a carvery style meat, egyptian corner ,loads of yummy puddings and fresh fruit, cheese every night,, the drinks are no worse than the cheap supermarket spirits you get at home and the lager is nice,, try the varity of cocktails lol, you can only get wine with meals but they had no probs with me taking a large glass out with me when i had ate my meal! - in June 10

I was nearly the only one to swim in the unheated pool (Nino) – it gets really cold during the night and won’t get warmer during the day. - in June 10
The water was warmer than in the unheated pool and it wasn’t as crowded as the heated one.
