We stayed at Hurghada already times other hotels try it-but we simply have to declare here is simply right everything! We were already 8 times since and the 9 times come! Especially also the value for money. The cleanliness and outside of the hotel very good! The choice of food is just great! I about 10 weeks before leaving several messages with a specific room requirement at the hotel management sent. With arrival we got a different room, that is service? The arriving guests got a map put in hand: now finds times your room! It is also no service!
The cleaning of the bathroom was very superficial!
The hotel is beautiful, especially with evening lighting. The food was varied and tasty, something for everyone.

We are repeat customers in the Grand Resort and were once fully satisfied. The only thing, what different this time was, that a trip to Cairo on our tour operator the desired day not possible and also clearly more expensive.
