Nice, relaxing holiday for a week. Fourth time in Egypt and the Siva grand beach and beach were Albatros Palace better. Points of minus for the hotel for high drink prices 2,50 euros coke, latte, coffee 2,80 euros, Bottle of wine about 30 euros. I would therefore only in Egypt all-inclusive make. The hotel is very large but through the construction and style of the hotel, it is not on. There are many different restaurants, two very nice pools and each evening a varied Abendpgrogramm in the lobby bar or by the pool. The staff were all very nice and accommodating and in the evening one has the possibility on the long promenade to walk along. The rooms are all large, whether with pool or street view. Not just upon arrival at the airport in the 'visa case' fall, when the bank just left it cost 12,50 euros at the travel desk 20 euros per person. Short transfer time (10 minutes) to the hotel, but you could hear noise in the hotel. We were for the first time in this hotel. We loved it! The food was very good, as a German chef cooks there... We had a deluxe double room, very big and had a beautiful view of the large outdoor swimming pool. The service and the rooms cleaning was good. I was a little bit worried when I read all about the need for tips (baksheesh) but we soon leanrnt that you only need to tip those who you really think gave you a good service, and don't be intimidated. - in January 10
lots at breakfast, french toast and pancakes at outside chef, eggs boiled, fried scrambled, veil sausages, roast bacon, tea coffee, toast machine is there behind pillar found it after 3 days, there is lots of bread, diluted juice is free but fresh juice is charged and expensive, hte staff are low paid and tips are advised for good service £1 coin is acceptable. - in October 09

Examples included candy being taken from our room, cleaning personnel who came in without knocking, staff arguing with each other at the restaurant, lack of general English skills, annoying pool attendants, staff pestering you all the time whether you would like to buy a massage, or a henna tattoo, or buy drinks or food while you are half asleep on a sunbed etc.
