Greeting was offered juice rather cool, informative only reluctantly given.
Spa at times without towels, otherwise OK
In the arrangement offered menus were nice and friendly served.
In the arrangement offered massages were OK my wife had offered against extra charge a, it was finally agreed and the even more expensive than everything, even though the estimated time for all massages altogether was greatly exceeded!
We complained to the check out time, they noted, not more.

The hotel is located in a great and very quiet on the edge of Lake Lucerne. All rooms have a sea view. Parking spaces were plentiful and free of charge. 100m from the hotel is the ferry landing in weggis (to the cablecar railway Rigi), to kiss night and Lucerne. We had overnight stay with breakfast, the varied and was good.HCLFHLIn the hotel we used sauna (3 different and Turkish) and Jacuzzi.
